About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Oracle EBS Consultant with 8+ years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS HRMS & Payroll .

The role involves leading technical development, application enhancements, integrations, production support, and solution design. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently on complex Oracle EBS environments and collaborating with functional teams, business stakeholders, and other technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and support Oracle E-Business Suite applications , primarily HRMS and Payroll.
- Analyze requirements and design scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain interfaces, reports, workflows, and customizations .
- Work on system enhancements, integrations, and application improvements.




- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and production issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis and recommend long-term solutions.
- Prepare technical specifications, solution designs, and development documentation.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior Oracle EBS developers.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS / Oracle Applications .
- Strong expertise in Oracle EBS HRMS & Payroll .
- Hands-on experience with:
- Oracle Interfaces
- Oracle Reports & BI Publisher
- Oracle Workflows
- Oracle Application Framework (OAF)
- Form Personalization
- Custom.pll
- Oracle AOL Components
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
- Experience with Oracle EBS integrations and APIs.
- Scripting knowledge in Shell, Python, or Perl .
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good stakeholder communication and consulting skills.
- Experience mentoring junior team members is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field .
