Maini Consulting is seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior Oracle SCM Functional Consultant to lead critical supply chain implementations, migrations, and support projects.

Position Summary

- Role: Senior Oracle EBS / Fusion SCM Functional Consultant
- Location: Asian Suncity, Kondapur, Hyderabad
- Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent
- Experience Required: Minimum 6+ years of total hands-on experience in Oracle SCM modules.

Key Requirements & Experience Breakdown

- Total Experience: Minimum 6 years of core functional experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management.
- Module Expertise: Solid, end-to-end implementation expertise across:

- Order Management (OM)

- Inventory (INV)

- Purchasing (PO)

- Platform Breakdown (Mandatory):
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on implementation and support experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM.
- Minimum 3 years of implementation and configuration experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
- Documentation & Methodology: Proven track record in creating standard Oracle documentation artifacts, including BR100 (Application Setup Documents) and MD50 (Functional Design Documents for custom extensions, reports, and interfaces).
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Hands-on experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, business process validation, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities





- Solution Design & Implementation: Lead workshops for requirement gathering, gap-fit analysis, and business process mapping across Oracle OM, INV, and PO modules.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including BR100 setup documents, MD50 functional designs for custom requirements, and user training manuals.
- Testing & Validation: Plan and execute comprehensive test scenarios, manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with key business stakeholders, and coordinate defect tracking/resolution.
- Reporting & Analytics: Design and create functional specifications for custom reports, dashboards, and operational metrics tailored to client supply chain needs.
- Configuration & Support: Perform system configurations, handle data migrations, manage pricing, shipping execution, and purchasing workflows across both EBS and Fusion Cloud.
- Collaboration: Partner with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of custom extensions, integrations, conversions, and reports (CEMLI).

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Oracle Cloud SCM Certification(s) highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, client-facing stakeholder management, and analytical troubleshooting skills.
