Role Description The Senior Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Sonipat, responsible for overseeing day-to-day plant operations and ensuring smooth, effective production processes. This role includes coordinating with cross-functional teams to manage production schedules, inventory, and logistics, while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Executive monitors operational performance, analyzes data to identify improvements, and implements process enhancements to optimize cost, productivity,



and resource utilization.

Responsibilities also include supervising operational staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and supporting senior management with reports and insights for strategic decision-making. The role requires hands-on engagement on the shop floor and proactive resolution of operational issues to meet customer and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Operations and Operations Management, with experience in production or manufacturing environments.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and drive process improvements.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead operational staff effectively.
- Experience in the food, ingredients, or FMCG industry is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain quality and safety standards, and work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, production planning tools, and basic knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in food manufacturing.
