We are looking for a Senior On-Page SEO Specialist with 2–4 years of experience, preferably in a SaaS or B2B company. The candidate should understand user intent, the buyer journey, and how organic content contributes to traffic, leads, and pipeline. This role combines on-page SEO, content review, AI-assisted workflows, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities Review and optimize pages based on search intent, user needs, funnel stage, and business goals.

Improve page structure, headings, metadata, internal linking, anchor text, keyword targeting, and CTA placement.

Identify outdated, underperforming, duplicate, or missing content and recommend whether to update, merge, expand, or remove it.

Conduct keyword research, SERP analysis, content gap analysis, topic research, and keyword mapping.

Review content for clarity, accuracy, relevance, depth, and conversion potential.

Provide actionable feedback, content ideas, and improvement suggestions to writers and editors.

Apply AEO, GEO, and AI Overview optimization principles where relevant.

Use AI for research, content reviews, briefs, analysis, and other repetitive SEO tasks.

Identify and build practical automations that improve SEO team efficiency.

Monitor page performance, measure the impact of changes, and recommend further improvements.

Check published pages to ensure SEO recommendations are implemented correctly.





Required Skills and Experience 2–4 years of experience in on-page SEO, content SEO, or organic growth.

Experience working in a SaaS, B2B, or technology company.

Robust understanding of search intent, buyer journeys, funnels, and business goals.

Hands-on knowledge of internal linking, content refreshes, CTA placement, topic research, and on-page optimization.

Good editorial judgment and the ability to identify weak, generic, or incomplete content.

Working knowledge of AEO, GEO, AI Overviews, and AI-driven search experiences.

Practical experience using AI in day-to-day SEO work.

Basic technical SEO knowledge, including indexing, redirects, canonicals, schema, and crawlability.

Ability to prioritize SEO work based on business impact rather than search volume alone. Tools and Platforms Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, Google Sheets or Excel, Claude, MCP workflows, Screaming Frog or similar SEO tools, and CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow.
