We’re Hiring – Senior Onboarding Executive

Authentic Group of Companies is looking for an experienced Senior Onboarding Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end candidate onboarding and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with candidates for documentation, KYC and pre-joining requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and candidates for smooth joining and deployment.
- Manage payroll-related coordination and employee data.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of onboarding documents.
- Coordinate with internal Recruitment, Payroll, HR & Compliance teams.
- Maintain onboarding records and ensure timely closure of joining formalities.
- Handle employee queries related to onboarding and payroll processes.





What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in candidate onboarding, staffing, recruitment operations or payroll coordination.
- Strong client and candidate coordination skills.
- Positive communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet timelines.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR/staffing processes.
