Reporting To

Ports Cluster Talent Acquisition Team / Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Purpose To support the Ports Cluster Talent Acquisition function by managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, interview management, candidate engagement, offer support, and recruitment reporting. The role will function as an extension of the Ports Cluster Talent Acquisition team, ensuring timely delivery of recruitment requirements across multiple business functions.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Sourcing

- Manage assigned recruitment requisitions from sourcing through onboarding.
- Review and screen CVs against job specifications and business requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Assessment & Screening
- Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Assess candidates' qualifications, experience, competencies, compensation expectations, notice period, availability, and interest.
- Prepare candidate profiles and recommendations for hiring manager review.

Stakeholder & Interview Management
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely interview feedback and hiring decisions.
- Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Offer & Onboarding Support
- Support offer management activities and candidate negotiations where required.
- Collect and verify candidate documentation.
- Follow up on pre-employment and pre-onboarding requirements to ensure successful joining.




- Monitor candidate engagement and minimize offer dropouts.

Recruitment Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and candidate databases.
- Update candidate and requisition status in ATS and HR systems.
- Generate recruitment reports and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
- Escalate delays, bottlenecks, and critical recruitment issues to the Talent Acquisition team.

Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Ports Cluster Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring targets.
- Support team members and provide coverage during absences when required.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, policies, and service-level expectations.

Qualifications & ExperienceEducation
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR Operations.
- Proven experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment coordination.
- Experience handling multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Exposure to ATS, HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and recruitment technologies.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong candidate sourcing and CV screening capabilities.
- Ability to independently conduct competency-based screening interviews.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
