Network Engineer – Silver Peak SD-WAN / Meraki / Cisco ISE

Location: Coimbatore

Years of Experience: 7 to 9 years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners

Project-Specific Prerequisite Skills

- Silver Peak SD-WAN
- Meraki MS (Switching) & MR (Wireless) experience
- Cisco ISE experience is an added advantage

Detailed We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Network Engineer with strong expertise in SD-WAN technologies, enterprise networking, and network security . The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience with Silver Peak SD-WAN, Cisco, and Meraki solutions , along with excellent troubleshooting, incident management, and client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage enterprise network infrastructure, including SD-WAN and LAN/WAN environments.
- Provide expert-level support and configuration for Silver Peak SD-WAN solutions.
- Deploy and manage Cisco Catalyst switches , including VLANs, STP, and routing configurations.
- Configure and maintain Cisco ISE for network access control and security policies.
- Manage and support Meraki MS (Switching) and MR (Wireless) environments.
- Perform L2/L3 troubleshooting and ensure network performance optimization.
- Monitor network health using enterprise monitoring tools and respond proactively to network issues.
- Handle incident management, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) ,



and ensure timely resolution.
- Work with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW) for ticket tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.
- Participate in network design, architecture discussions, and implementations.
- Provide excellent client communication and support during issue resolution and project delivery.

Required Skills – Primary

- Expert-level hands-on experience in Silver Peak SD-WAN – Mandatory.
- Strong experience with Meraki MS (Switching) and MR (Wireless) .
- Hands-on expertise with Cisco Catalyst switches , including switching, STP, and routing.
- Experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) .
- Strong enterprise networking and SD-WAN troubleshooting experience.

Certifications – Preferred

- CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)
- Aruba SD-WAN certification or equivalent

Experience Level

- Typically 5+ years of relevant experience in networking and SD-WAN technologies.
- Silver Peak SD-WAN experience is mandatory.
- Robust hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki, Aruba SD-WAN, and Cisco ISE is specifically preferred.
- Experience with Cisco ISE will be considered an added advantage.
