Role & responsibilities

- Manage Cisco, Meraki and Nexus switching infrastructure including VLANs, STP, VPC, Port Channels and EtherChannel.
- Configure and support Meraki Wireless, SD-WAN and Palo Alto CloudGenix SD-WAN environments.
- Provide L2 support for Palo Alto Firewalls, Prisma/GlobalProtect VPN and Panorama.
- Support Layer 3 technologies including OSPF, BGP, Static Routing and VRFs.
- Coordinate with ISPs for circuit provisioning, link monitoring and issue resolution.
- Support AWS VPC networking including VPCs, Subnets, Route Tables, Security Groups and NAT/Internet Gateways.
- Support AWS Site-to-Site VPN, Direct Connect, VPC Peering and Transit Gateway connectivity.
- Troubleshoot networking for AWS EC2, ALB/NLB and Route53 in hybrid cloud environments.
- Monitor AWS networking using CloudWatch and coordinate with Cloud teams for incident resolution.
- Manage network incidents, ServiceNow tickets and Change Management activities in accordance with ITIL processes.
- Perform firmware upgrades, patching, capacity planning and performance monitoring.





• Maintain network documentation, SOPs and configuration records.

- Engineering or equivalent Graduate Degree
- CCNA (Mandatory)
- CCNP Enterprise (Preferred)
- AWS Solutions Architect Associate (Preferred)
- ITIL 4 Foundation (Preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure in a 24x7 environment
- Team player with customer-focused approach
