Role Overview

Informatics Web Technologies is seeking a proactive Senior Full-Stack .NET & Angular Lead to build a brand-new application from the ground up. This role is built for an ambitious technical leader with a startup mindset—someone who brings high energy, takes initiative without waiting for direction, and treats the application's success as their own.

You will operate in a fast-paced environment with zero existing documentation, no handover guides, and minimal hand-holding. We need a seasoned engineer who has extensive experience handling large-scale enterprise applications, possesses strong technical leadership qualities, and can take immediate ownership to architect clean, secure, and production-ready software from day one.

Key Responsibilities

- Leadership & Ownership: Act as the technical catalyst for the project—setting standards, driving progress, making decisive architectural decisions, and championing the application's overall success.
- - Greenfield Architecture: Design and build a brand-new enterprise-level application from scratch, laying a scalable and maintainable foundation.
- - Large-Scale System Management: Apply deep experience in managing complex, high-traffic systems to guarantee performance, stability, and fault tolerance as the platform scales.
- - Backend & Frontend Engineering: Develop secure, high-performance RESTful Web APIs using .NET Core and modern, modular frontends using Angular.
- - Legacy Modernization: Refactor and migrate legacy ASP.NET Web Forms components into a decoupled .NET Core + Angular architecture.
- - Testing & Quality Assurance:



Author extensive unit tests and Web API testing automation to maintain high-quality code standards.
- - Security & Performance: Enforce enterprise-grade security protocols, database optimizations, and system scalability best practices.

- Required Experience & Leadership Profile

- Proactive Startup Mindset (Must-Have): High-agency personality. You don't wait for tasks to be assigned—you identify what needs to be built, take charge, and drive results with an ownership attitude.
- - Large Application Experience (Mandatory): Direct experience architecting, maintaining, and scaling large, complex web applications.
- - Senior/Lead Technical Depth: Extensive skilled experience as a senior or lead engineer. This position is strictly for senior-level candidates—junior or intermediate applicants will not be considered.
- - Tech Stack Proficiency: Advanced mastery of .NET Core, C#, modern Angular, RESTful Web APIs, SQL, and design patterns.
- - Zero-Documentation Adaptability: Ability to jump straight into a product, map workflows independently, and build solutions without onboarding manuals or SOPs.
- - Clean Code & Modernization: Proven ability to modernize legacy monoliths (ASP.NET Web Forms) while applying clean code principles, SOLID concepts, and design patterns.

- Compensation & Probationary Structure

- Probation Period: Initial 90-day probation period upon joining.
- - Salary Retainer & Bonus: A 15% retainer will be held during the probation period, which will be fully reimbursed upon completing 1 year of service, along with performance bonus eligibility.
