Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Technical Lead with a strong background in both legacy Microsoft technologies and modern .NET development. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, modernization, and maintenance of enterprise applications while mentoring developers and driving technical excellence.

This role requires hands-on experience with ASP.NET Web Forms (VB.NET & C#), legacy ASMX Web Services, Microsoft SQL Server, and modern technologies such as Blazor and ASP.NET Core Web APIs. Knowledge of JavaScript is mandatory, while React experience is considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications.
- Provide technical guidance, architecture recommendations, and code reviews.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications built using ASP.NET Web Forms (VB.NET and C#).
- Support legacy ASMX Web Services.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API.
- Build and maintain modern UI components using Blazor.
- Design, optimize, and troubleshoot Microsoft SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, and performance issues.
- Participate in application modernization and migration initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Promote coding standards, best practices, and technical documentation.

Required Technical Skills

Mandatory

- 8+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies.
- Strong expertise in ASP.NET Web Forms using VB.NET and C#.

- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or similar tools.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Qualifications

Experience
- 8 - 12 years of software development experience.
- Prior experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer leading development teams is preferred.
