Qualities:

- 10+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise applications in a .NET environment, with strong expertise in C# and SQL Server.
- Proven experience delivering and supporting complex, long-lived systems in enterprise or regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and enterprise application architecture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly self-motivated with strong ownership, accountability, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and work within complex codebases and business rules.

Skillsets: Frameworks: ASP.Net, MVC, .Net Core, Web API, Entity framework, Windows .Net Services.

Languages: C#, jQuery, Angular, JSON, JavaScript, TypeScript, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS.
