Role Overview We are looking for a Senior MLOps / Production Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in AWS, SageMaker, CI/CD and DevOps. The role involves supporting production ML systems, troubleshooting incidents, managing deployments and ensuring reliability of AWS-based environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 production support for ML applications and AWS services.
- Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents and perform RCA.
- Manage ML model deployments and environments using Amazon SageMaker.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
- Work with AWS services including S3, EC2, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch, ECR/ECS/EKS.
- Support model monitoring, versioning, rollback and production releases.




- Collaborate with ML, Data, Software and DevOps teams to resolve production issues.
- Create runbooks and improve automation, reliability and operational efficiency.

Must-Have
- 5+ years in Production Support / MLOps / DevOps / Cloud Engineering.
- Strong AWS experience.
- Hands-on Amazon SageMaker experience.
- Robust CI/CD and DevOps knowledge.
- Python and/or Shell scripting.
- Linux, Git, monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Strong incident management and RCA skills.
- Excellent communication skills for working with UK stakeholders.
