WE’RE HIRING | SENIOR MERCHANDISER – HOME

We are looking for an experienced Senior Merchandiser – Home to join our team and manage end-to-end merchandising for the Home category.

Experience: 5–6 years in Home Merchandising / Sourcing

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end merchandising for Home – Softgoods & Hardgoods categories
- Handle product development, costing, sampling, order execution and timely deliveries
- Work closely with buyers, suppliers, factories and internal teams
- Develop products aligned with customer requirements, trends, quality and cost targets
- Identify and develop new suppliers/factories across relevant categories
- Monitor quality, compliance, production timelines and commercial performance
- Build and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships
- Support business growth and profitability through effective sourcing and execution

Ideal Candidate:





- 5–6 years of relevant experience in Home Softgoods & Hardgoods
- Robust understanding of product development, sourcing and manufacturing processes
- Good knowledge of fabrics, materials, construction and production
- Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination skills
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple programs independently and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with a buying house is preferred / will be an added advantage
