About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our high-rise residential projects in Dubai and Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all MEP quantity surveying activities, cost control, and commercial management, ensuring contractual compliance and project profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quantity Take-Off & Estimation:

- Manage quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, and ELV works.
- Prepare tender documents, evaluate subcontractor bids, and support procurement decisions.

2. Subcontractor & Commercial Management:

- Handle subcontractor measurements, interim valuations, payment applications, variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Ensure accuracy and contractual compliance in all commercial submissions.

3. Cost Control & Reporting:

- Monitor project budgets, costs, material consumption,



and commercial performance.
- Prepare cost reports, budget forecasts, and cash flow projections for MEP works.

4. Coordination:

- Coordinate with Project, Design, Procurement, Planning, and Site teams to ensure accurate measurements and effective cost control.
- Support timely commercial submissions and decision-making.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 8–12 years of experience in MEP Quantity Surveying, preferably in high-rise residential building projects.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and GCC high-rise construction experience (added advantage).
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, AutoCAD, CostX/Candy, and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
