WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: The ideal candidate should hold- Basic Qualifications: ─ A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related technical field, with a solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented design ─ 2 to 4 years of robust programming experience in one or more of C++, Java, or Python, along with the willingness to work in a language-agnostic environment ─ Robust low-level design (LLD) skills and the ability to translate requirements into clean, maintainable, well-structured code ─ Demonstrated technical problem-solving ability, high quantitative aptitude, and a solid grasp of core computer science fundamentals ─ The ability to work independently, with focus, discipline, and attention to detail,



in an agile and interdisciplinary setting ─ Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with good interpersonal and reasoning ability Preferred Qualifications: ─ Experience with front-end technologies such as React, along with RESTful web services, messaging middleware, and relational databases ─ Experience working with large datasets and building scalable, high- performing data pipelines, libraries, or APIs ─ Exposure to the finance domain or familiarity with financial markets
