About the Role

We’re looking for an Analytics Manager who can see the whole board — someone who looks at a brand’s revenue chart, spots the inflection point, and can explain why it happened and what to do about it. This isn’t a dashboard-builder role. It’s a connective role that sits between the numbers and the departments (Organic Social, Paid Social, Email, SEO, CRO, and others) that drive them.

You’ll own the “why” behind revenue movement across every brand we manage — client and internal — then work with each channel owner to translate that insight into their specific metrics and next actions, while making sure they own and understand their own numbers rather than waiting for you to hand them conclusions.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose revenue movement

- Monitor order revenue and related KPIs across every brand in our portfolio (client

and internal); be the first to notice and explain increases or decreases
- Trace revenue changes back to root causes — channel mix shifts, seasonality,

campaign performance, funnel drop-off, pricing, external factors — rather than stopping at “traffic was down”
- Build the reporting/analysis cadence that catches these shifts early, not after

someone else asks Partner with departments
- Work directly with Organic Social, Paid Social, Email, SEO, CRO, and other

channel leads to help each define the metrics that matter for their function
- Translate top-line revenue findings into department-specific implications (“SEO’s

decline in X is the main driver of the Q3 dip — here’s the segment to prioritize”)
- Help departments set up their own tracking so they can self-monitor, rather than

depending on you for every number Drive action, not just reporting
- Turn analysis into specific, testable recommendations each department can act

on.
- Sit in on department planning/strategy conversations as the analytics voice — not

to dictate strategy, but to keep it grounded in data
- Follow up on whether recommended changes actually moved the numbers, and

feed that back into the next round

Empower ownership

- Coach departments toward owning their numbers: understanding them, tracking

them, and being accountable for them
- Build simple, repeatable frameworks/templates departments can use on their

own
- Avoid becoming a bottleneck — the goal is departments getting smarter, not

more dependent

What We’re Looking For

- 3–6+ years in marketing analytics, growth, or performance marketing, ideally

working across multiple brands or business units at once
- Strong grasp of the full marketing funnel and how organic/paid social, email,

SEO, and CRO each contribute to revenue
- Proven ability to go from “revenue moved” to “here’s the specific, verified reason”

using data — not guesswork
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with channel specialists; comfortable

being in the room with SEO experts, paid media buyers, etc., without needing to be the expert in each
- Robust written and verbal communication — able to explain data findings to

non-analytics people clearly and without jargon
- Proficiency with analytics/BI tools (GA4, Looker/Looker Studio, or similar) and

comfortable in spreadsheets/SQL for ad hoc digging
- A bias toward “so what” — every analysis ends in a recommendation, not just a

chart

Nice to Have

- Experience setting up attribution or MMM-lite models across channels
- Background working with e-commerce or DTC brands specifically
- Familiarity with CRO/testing frameworks
- Experience balancing priorities across multiple brands/portfolios with competing

timelines

Success Looks Like

- Revenue swings get explained and flagged proactively, not reactively — for every

brand we manage
- Each department has clear ownership of a small set of metrics they check and

act on regularly
- Departments increasingly bring their own hypotheses and data to strategy

conversations
- Reporting (client-facing and internal) connects the dots between channel

performance and business outcomes, not just channel-level vanity metrics
- The working hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST

Work Location: Remote
