Role Summary

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Associate who can own execution across email, content, social media, and branding, and who treats AI tools as a daily multiplier rather than an afterthought. You'll turn our services and client wins into content that gets attention, strengthens our brand, and generates pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, write, and run email campaigns (nurture, newsletters, cold and warm sequences); manage lists, segmentation, and performance.
- Produce content across formats: blogs, LinkedIn posts, carousels, case studies, landing-page copy, and sales collateral.
- Own day-to-day social media: build and maintain the content calendar, publish across LinkedIn and other channels, engage with the audience, and grow reach and following.
- Strengthen and protect brand consistency across every touchpoint (voice, visuals, messaging)



and help evolve the NetBounce brand as we scale.
- Support the wider marketing mix: SEO basics, campaign coordination, and light design/asset briefing.
- Use AI tools proactively to draft, edit, research, repurpose, and scale output, while keeping quality and brand voice high.
- Track and report on key metrics (open rates, engagement, followers, traffic, leads) and act on what the data shows.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership to align marketing with pipeline goals.

Requirements

- 3–5 years in a marketing role spanning email, content, and social media.
- Experience in the accounting, finance, or B2B services industry strongly preferred.
- Proven track record managing brand and social channels (especially LinkedIn) with measurable growth.
- Strong writer with a clear, skilled, and adaptable voice.
- Hands-on with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and eager to build them into daily workflows.
- Comfortable owning projects end to end with minimal hand-holding.
- Familiarity with email platforms, social scheduling tools, and basic analytics.

Nice to Have

- Exposure to US markets or US-based clients.
- Design skills (Canva/Figma) and light SEO knowledge.
