Role

We are looking for an experienced Market Research Analyst to drive market intelligence and business opportunities for JSB STONEX in the premium marble and natural-stone segment.

Key Responsibilities

- Research marble, natural stone and luxury building-material markets.
- Identify new cities, customers and business opportunities.
- Track competitors, pricing, products and market trends.
- Research upcoming luxury residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
- Build databases of architects, interior designers, developers and builders.
- Generate market intelligence and qualified business leads.
- Prepare market reports, MIS and management presentations.
- Support Sales & Business Development with actionable insights.





Requirements

- 5+ years of relevant experience in market research, business intelligence, real estate or building materials.
- Strong Excel, data analysis and research skills.
- Valuable understanding of premium construction materials and real estate.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in marble, natural stone, tiles or premium building materials preferred.
