Role Purpose The Senior School Partnership Manager will serve as the primary academic and strategic liaison between the organization and partner schools. The role is responsible for building long-term relationships, ensuring seamless implementation of learning programs, supporting school leadership, and driving high levels of school satisfaction that contribute to sustained partnerships and contract renewals.

Key Responsibilities

School Relationship Management

· Build and nurture strong relationships with school leaders, coordinators, and key stakeholders.

· Act as the primary point of contact for partner schools, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.

· Conduct regular school visits and review meetings to understand school needs and provide ongoing support.

Academic Partnership & Implementation

· Support schools in the successful implementation of the curriculum and learning programs.

· Work closely with the Learning Team to ensure academic resources meet school requirements.

· Monitor implementation quality and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

Training & Capacity Building

· Facilitate orientation sessions, workshops, and professional development programs for school leaders and educators.

· Coach and mentor facilitators to ensure consistent program delivery and adherence to pedagogical standards.

· Provide academic guidance and best practices to schools based on observed needs.

Program Monitoring & Quality Assurance

· Track implementation through classroom observations, feedback, and review mechanisms.

· Analyze school feedback and identify opportunities to enhance program effectiveness.

· Prepare implementation reports and recommend action plans for improvement.

Partnership Growth & Retention

· Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen school engagement throughout the academic year.

· Identify opportunities for additional support, new initiatives, and program expansion.





· Play a key role in improving school satisfaction, contract renewals, and long-term partnership retention.

Qualifications

· Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Psychology, or a related field.

· B.Ed. preferred.

Experience

· 12–15 years of experience in K–12 education.

· Minimum 5 years in academic leadership (Principal, Vice Principal, Academic Coordinator, Curriculum Head, or equivalent).

· Experience working with schools in curriculum implementation, teacher development, and educational consulting is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
