We are looking for an experienced Purchase Head – Packaging who can take complete ownership of our packaging procurement.

Key Responsibilities

- Purchase & sourcing of Boxes, PET, PVC, Plastic, BOPP, Pouches, Trays, Films, Ribbons, Labels & other packaging materials
- Vendor development, management & regular follow-up
- Strong negotiation & bargaining to achieve cost savings
- Packaging quality control and vendor performance management
- New vendor / alternate vendor development
- Work closely with NPD & Design for new packaging development
- Plan packaging requirements for festivals, new stores, current products & future business growth
- Maintain Min/Max stock, lead times & purchase planning
- Monitor market rates and identify cost-saving opportunities

✅ Has good understanding of packaging quality & specifications

✅ Has good Excel / ERP knowledge
