Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for all packaging materials including wrappers, cartons, trays, pouches, and labels.
- Identify and onboard reliable vendors aligned with company standards on quality, cost, and compliance.
- Lead commercial negotiations with vendors to secure the best pricing and contractual terms
- Collaborate with R&D;,



Quality, Production, and Marketing teams to support packaging development, improvements, and change management.
- Address and resolve supply chain disruptions, quality issues, and delivery delays proactively.
- Evaluate alternate sources to mitigate supply risk and drive cost efficiency.

Job Specifications:

Degree

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Packaging Technology
- MBA in Supply Chain / Operations / Procurement preferred.

Experience

- 8 to 14 years in Packaging Procurement within a large FMCG organization.
- Experience in: Biscuits, Foods, Snacks, Confectionery, Beverage, Consumer Goods manufacturing industry are preferred
- Experience managing high-value packaging procurement portfolios across multiple manufacturing locations.
