Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Manager – PEB Procurement to lead strategic procurement and supply-chain activities for PEB projects. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in steel sourcing, supplier development, commercial negotiations, cost reduction and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead strategic sourcing of structural steel and PEB-related materials.
- Manage supplier development, evaluation and long-term vendor relationships.
- Drive commodity price management, cost reduction and commercial negotiations.
- Handle project/BOM-based procurement and ensure timely material availability.




- Optimize inventory levels and manage procurement-related supply risks.
- Monitor market trends and steel prices for effective sourcing decisions.
- Lead and mentor the procurement team.
- Coordinate with Projects, Planning, Production, Stores and Finance teams.
- Ensure procurement quality, cost and delivery targets are achieved.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain or related field.
- 12–18 years of relevant experience, preferably in PEB, Structural Steel, Steel Fabrication, Sandwich Panels, EPC or Heavy Engineering.
- Strong expertise in strategic steel sourcing and project procurement.
- Excellent negotiation, supplier management and cost optimization skills.
- Strong analytical, leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
