Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other reporting tools.




- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Coordinate with the sales and business teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience managing high-budget performance campaigns.
- Strong understanding of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in lead generation and campaign optimization.
- Positive communication and team management skills.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications will be an added advantage.
