- Lead large-scale Brokerage / Wealth Operations (50+ team size) • Manage Account Opening, Maintenance, COBAM &
- Institutional Onboarding • Drive operational excellence, governance, and risk management • Own financials – budgeting, productivity, and cost optimization • Collaborate with global stakeholders for delivery and strategy alignment • Lead transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs • Build and develop high-performing teams Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership across onboarding & reference data functions • Manage complex operations with robust control frameworks • Drive process improvements using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve business challenges • Develop talent, improve engagement, and reduce attrition • Leverage data-driven insights for decision-making Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Account Onboarding &
- Reference Data • 3+ years of leadership experience • Experience managing large teams (50+) and complex operations • Strong stakeholder management and global exposure • Expertise in risk management and operational controls • Willingness to work in night shifts Preferred Qualifications:
