Major Deliverables

You will engage in pedagogic design, creation and publication of content for all stakeholders in a timely systematic manner

Design high quality content pertaining to prevention and intervention of child sexual abuse

Drive content decisions on knowledge creation, presentation and dissemination by deriving insights from the organization’s field realities, data, and evaluations and external environment

Create content to be disseminated across different formats of from books to digital media

Represent the organization in critical platforms and play a key role in integration of the organizational model in the national and state curriculum

Guide a team of professionals to ensure that the organizational goal is achieved

Build a culture of solid process discipline including a robust process for vetting and also significantly increase the speed of turnaround in content creation

5-6 years of experience in curriculum design

Prior experience in social sector Job Challenge The social sector is still evolving digitally and Arpan is now looking to build its presence in the online space to be a leader in its domain. This role gives a unique opportunity to build the digital presence for a social cause.

Continuous learner Educational Qualification Bachelors or Masters in Social Work / Bachelors or Masters in Human Development Mandatory Work Experience
