We are looking for an experienced construction and procurement qualified to lead contractor intelligence, procurement planning, contractor evaluation and AI-driven construction solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Construction & project planning
- Procurement strategy and tender planning
- Contractor prequalification, evaluation & performance management
- Contractor capacity and resource assessment
- Contractor scoring, ranking & recommendation
- Construction/procurement data analysis
- AI & digital transformation initiatives
- Stakeholder management across Project, Procurement, Commercial, IT & AI teams





Requirements
- 815 years of relevant experience
- Strong background in construction planning, procurement or contractor management
- Experience with large-scale construction/real estate projects
- Strong understanding of BOQs, project schedules and work packages
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI preferred
- Primavera P6 / MS Project experience preferred
- Exposure to AI, analytics or digital transformation is an advantage
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Procurement or related field
- This role requires travel to Dubai.
