Job Overview:

HCP Wellness Private Limited is looking for a skilled Senior Machine Operator to oversee and optimize the manufacturing process in our skincare, cosmetics, and oral care production lines

This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and a keen eye for process improvement to ensure high-quality output and efficiency

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing machinery for skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products

Ensure machines are set up correctly and running efficiently to meet production targets

Troubleshoot machine issues, conduct routine maintenance, and coordinate repairs when needed

Train and guide junior machine operators to improve efficiency and adherence to SOPs

Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations

Maintain detailed records of machine performance, downtime, and maintenance schedules

Work closely with production and quality control teams to enhance productivity and minimize waste

Implement process improvements to optimize production efficiency and reduce defects

Qualifications & Skills:

Hard Skills:

Strong knowledge of machine operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance in a cosmetics or skincare manufacturing environment

Experience in handling automated and semi-automated machinery used in filling, mixing, and packaging

Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), SOPs, and quality standards in cosmetic manufacturing

Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and process documentation

Proficiency in basic computer applications for logging reports and machine data

Soft Skills:





Leadership and team management skills to mentor junior operators

Problem-solving and analytical thinking for troubleshooting machine-related issues

Attention to detail to ensure precision in production

Strong communication skills to collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams

Adaptability to work in a rapid-paced, high-volume production environment

Education & Experience:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred)

5+ years of experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in the cosmetics, skincare, or pharmaceutical industry

Experience with automated production lines and high-speed machinery is a plus
