Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of experience in full-stack software development
- Currently working in a product-based organization
- Strong hands-on engineering background in C#, Node.js, Java, or Python - anyone backend langauge - anyone backend language

- ReactJS experience is a plus
- Good to have experience with C#

• Language agnostic mindset with ability to work across technologies
- Experience designing and building scalable web applications
- Solid understanding of system design, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms
- Experience leading large product or platform initiatives
- Ability to mentor engineers and drive technical discussions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working with globally distributed teams
- Experience with AI/ML-driven workflow automation is a plus

Responsibilities

- Build and scale full-stack features across Hudl’s sports technology platforms
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Product, Design,



and Scrum teams across regions
- Lead technical discussions, architecture decisions, and implementation planning
- Solve complex and ambiguous technical problems with scalable solutions
- Improve analyst training tools and operational workflows
- Contribute to automation and AI/ML initiatives for operational efficiency
- Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance across teams
- Drive high-quality engineering practices and rapid iteration cycles
- Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of applications and services
