Role Description In this role, you will serve as a Virtual Finance Controller for a diverse range of clients across multiple industries. This position offers you the opportunity to gain valuable insights into different operational models and the challenges they face. Key Result Areas

- Robust Delivery




- Ensuring accounting records are prepared & reviewed in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
- Drive transparency with accurate monthly closure of books and timely submission of periodic MIS.
- Audit, Governance and Risk Management
- Ensuring sound quality of financial statements, tax audit reports and income tax calculations.
- Ensure timely closure of audits with close coordination with relevant stakeholders to reinforce financial integrity and regulatory adherence.
- Mitigate legal & compliance risks by ensuring adherence to applicable statutory compliances
- Robust Client Management
- Strengthen client relationships through proactive engagement, communication and periodic governance
- Foster retention and growth within the assigned portfolio.
- Effective Team Player
- Strong cross functional collaboration to ensure timely completion of all requirements in order to provide comprehensive support to clients.
- Provide required support in effective execution of the process improvement and digital transformation projects

Required Competencies, Skills, And Experience

- Expertise in IGAAP, Working knowledge of Transfer Pricing, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Company Law & FEMA.
- Proficient in MS Office – Especially Excel & Tally or any other accounting software.
- Confident, Strong communication, Client Handling & Problem solving capabilities & quick learner.
