Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Backend Developer with strong hands-on development expertise in Java, microservices, reactive architecture, and distributed systems.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in building scalable backend applications using modern Java technologies and cloud-native architectures.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications.
- Build and enhance microservices-based architectures and distributed systems.
- Develop high-performance, non-blocking applications using reactive programming.
- Design and implement REST APIs, gRPC services, and event-driven systems.
- Work with messaging platforms such as Kafka and MQ.
- Develop cloud-native applications and support containerized deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Implement automation, CI/CD, observability, and security best practices.

Mandatory Skills
- 7+ years of experience in software development with solid hands-on development expertise.
- Strong proficiency in Java 21+.




- Experience with Spring Boot / Quarkus.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in functional programming, reactive architecture, and non-blocking I/O.
- Strong experience in Microservices and Distributed Systems.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, gRPC, Event-Driven Architecture.
- Experience with Kafka / MQ.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
- Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Good understanding of CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with PostgreSQL / NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of backend security practices including OAuth2, JWT, and mTLS.
- Experience with logging, metrics, and distributed tracing/observability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
