Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end design projects, translating client requirements into cohesive concepts and high-quality interior solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design schemes, preparing space plans, coordinating with architects and contractors, overseeing construction drawings and detailing, and selecting FF&E; to align with project budgets and timelines. The role involves managing client presentations, guiding junior designers, conducting site visits to monitor progress and quality, and ensuring design intent is maintained through project completion.

This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring close collaboration with the studio team, vendors, and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Interior Design and Space Planning skills to create functional, aesthetically compelling layouts.
- Candidates should possess Architecture and Construction Drawings expertise to develop detailed, buildable design documentation.
- Candidates should possess FF&E; knowledge, including selection, specification, and coordination of finishes, furniture, and equipment.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in high-end residential or luxury commercial interiors, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Proficiency in design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar); familiarity with presentation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Strong project management, time management, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail, a refined design sensibility, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site studio environment in Bengaluru.
