Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead the end-to-end design process, from concept development and space planning to detailed documentation and coordination with project stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand requirements, creating design proposals and mood boards, preparing drawings and specifications, and overseeing FF&E; selection and implementation. The role involves close collaboration with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction and installation.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week while attending on-site meetings, design reviews, and project visits as needed.





Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Interior Design and FF&E;, including concept development, material and finishes selection, and furniture layouts.
- Strong Space Planning skills with the ability to optimize circulation, functionality, and user experience across different types of spaces.
- Understanding of Architecture principles and coordination with structural and MEP disciplines to align design and technical requirements.
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings, detail drawings, and documentation for execution on site.
- Advanced skills in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with industry standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with several years of experience in a senior or lead designer capacity.
- Solid client communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to mentor junior designers and collaborate in a team setting.
- Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and vendors in the Gurugram/Delhi NCR region; experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
