About Dica An Deco Interiors

Dica An Deco Interiors is a growing interior design company focused on creating functional, aesthetically strong, and execution-friendly interior spaces for residential and commercial clients.

We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer who can take ownership of projects from concept to execution and confidently coordinate with clients, vendors, and the site team.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle interior design projects from concept development to final execution.
- Understand client requirements, lifestyle, budget, and design preferences.
- Create innovative and practical 2D layouts, furniture plans, ceiling plans, elevations, and detailed drawings.
- Develop complete interior design concepts including colour schemes, materials, textures, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
- Prepare detailed working drawings and coordinate drawings with the execution team.
- Conduct site visits and ensure design specifications are properly implemented.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, vendors, and other site professionals.
- Select and finalize materials, finishes, hardware, furniture, lighting, and other design elements.
- Prepare design presentations and effectively explain concepts to clients.
- Make revisions based on client feedback while maintaining project timelines and design quality.
- Coordinate with the sales and project execution teams for smooth project delivery.




- Monitor project progress and identify design or execution issues at an early stage.
- Ensure the final execution matches the approved design, drawings, and specifications.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Required Skills

Mandatory:

- 3–6 years of professional experience in interior design.
- Strong knowledge of residential/ Commercial interior design and execution.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Good working knowledge of SketchUp and rendering/design presentation software.
- Strong understanding of furniture design, modular kitchens, wardrobes, false ceilings, lighting, flooring, wall treatments, and materials.
- Ability to read and prepare detailed working drawings.
- Good knowledge of measurements, dimensions, materials, and construction details.
- Strong client communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with site teams and vendors.
- Good design sense with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience, technical skills, portfolio, project-handling ability, and interview performance.
