Kerala Secrets is building a strong influencer marketing team, and we're looking for a passionate and creative Influencer Marketing Specialist to join us.

This role is ideal for someone who already has hands-on experience in influencer marketing and wants to take their skills to the next level by working closely with the founder and a growing team.

What you'll be doing

- Researching and identifying the right influencers for our products and target audience
- Reaching out to influencers and managing collaborations end-to-end
- Planning creative influencer campaigns and content concepts
- Writing strong hooks, scripts and storylines for Reels
- Studying viral content and understanding what makes content perform
- Helping influencers create content that feels natural, engaging and authentic
- Negotiating and coordinating with influencers
- Tracking campaign performance and identifying what is working
- Exploring new influencer marketing tools, platforms and ways of working
- Building systems to make our influencer marketing process more efficient
- Working closely with the founder, video editor and other team members to continuously improve our content and campaigns

What we're looking forWe'd love to meet someone who:
- Has 1–2+ years of experience in influencer marketing
- Is genuinely interested in Instagram, creators and content
- Has good knowledge of how influencer marketing works




- Is solid at writing hooks, scripts and storytelling
- Has a creative mindset and enjoys coming up with new content ideas
- Understands that the right influencer + right content + right message can make a huge difference to sales
- Is comfortable researching, experimenting and learning new things
- Has good communication and negotiation skills
- Takes ownership of their work and enjoys working in a fast-growing environment

Bonus points ⭐It would be great if you have experience with:
- D2C brands
- Beauty / skincare / lifestyle brands
- Influencer discovery & analytics tools
- Instagram Reels and content strategy
- Performance-driven influencer campaigns
- Creating or analyzing viral content
