Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Incorta Developer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-scale analytics and reporting solutions using the Incorta platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep hands-on experience in Incorta data modeling, data ingestion, dashboard development, and performance optimization, along with strong expertise in SQL, data warehousing, and enterprise ERP data ecosystems.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and enterprise application teams to deliver high-performance, real-time analytics solutions that support critical business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Incorta Development & Data Modeling

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models, business schemas, and business views within the Incorta platform.
- Build and enhance interactive dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visualizations for business users and leadership teams.
- Develop and manage data ingestion processes using Incorta Direct Data Mapping (DDM), physical schemas, and data pipelines.
- Implement best practices for data modeling, schema design, and performance optimization.

Data Integration & Analytics
- Integrate Incorta with enterprise applications including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, and other business systems.
- Perform data transformation, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation activities to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with business and functional teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.
- Support enterprise reporting, KPI development, and self-service analytics initiatives.

Performance Optimization & Support
- Optimize dashboard performance, query execution, and data load processes for large-scale datasets.




- Analyze and resolve data quality issues, performance bottlenecks, and platform-related challenges.
- Monitor system health and ensure high availability and reliability of Incorta environments.
- Support platform upgrades, patching, deployments, and ongoing maintenance activities.

Governance & Security
- Implement and maintain role-based security, access controls, and governance standards within Incorta.
- Ensure compliance with organizational data governance and security policies.
- Participate in establishing development standards, documentation practices, and solution design guidelines.

Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with business users, data engineers, architects, and ERP teams to deliver analytics solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers where required.
- Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to analytics roadmap planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Engineering, or Data Warehousing roles.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Incorta development experience.

Strong expertise in:
- Incorta Data Modeling
- Incorta Business Schemas
- Incorta Dashboards and Analytics
- Direct Data Mapping (DDM)
- Data Ingestion and Data Load Processes
- Advanced SQL skills and strong understanding of relational databases.




- Solid knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling techniques (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema).
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise datasets and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience integrating data from ERP and CRM platforms such as:
- SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA
- Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion
- Salesforce
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Incorta certification(s) preferred.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Exposure to complementary BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Experience with Python, Shell Scripting, or automation tools.
- Understanding of data governance, security, and access management frameworks.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Prior experience supporting finance, supply chain, sales, or ERP analytics use cases.
