Mardamed Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing healthcare organization looking for a strong, hands-on HR leader to manage end-to-end HR operations and build scalable people processes.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles
- Offer and appointment letters, onboarding, confirmations, and exit processes
- Drafting and implementing HR policies and SOPs
- Managing HR operations and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, etc.)
- Employee relations, engagement, and leadership support
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of core HR experience
- Medical background (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance
- Experience in the healthcare sector preferred
- Hospital Management / Healthcare Management qualification preferred
- Immediate or short-notice candidates preferred
