We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Senior Executive to manage and drive day-to-day people operations for our growing team across India and global markets. This role will focus on payroll, compliance, HR systems, employee lifecycle management, vendor coordination, and global workforce operations. You'll work closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to build efficient and scalable HR processes in a quick-paced environment. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role reporting directly to the HR Head.

Responsibilities:

- Manage payroll operations, salary processing, and statutory compliance and maintain accurate, audit-ready HR documentation and records.
- Oversee HR systems, employee data, operational workflows, and reporting while continuously identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and processes.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, background verification, insurance enrollment, and related employee support processes.
- Manage employee insurance, benefits administration, and workforce operations across India, the UAE, and other global employees in coordination with external partners and vendors.
- Maintain HR policies, compliance documentation, operational trackers, and support internal and external audit requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, external partners, and internal stakeholders for operational processes, workplace administration, invoicing, and employee documentation requests.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and business teams to ensure smooth operational execution, timely follow-ups, and effective stakeholder coordination.

Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Administration roles with strong exposure to payroll processing and Indian statutory compliance.
- Experience working with HRMS/HRIS platforms such as Keka, Darwinbox, GreytHR, Qandle, Zoho People, or equivalent systems.
- Hands-on experience with UAE workforce operations and compliance processes.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills with high attention to detail, accuracy, and operational discipline.
- Experience managing HR documentation, audits, operational workflows, vendors, and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High ownership mindset with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities.
