Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to manage recruitment, HR operations, manpower planning, and employee processes. The candidate will also lead a team of up to 10 HR Associates and Interns.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
- Plan and manage manpower requirements.
- Lead and monitor a team of up to 10 HR Associates/Interns.
- Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Handle employee relations, onboarding,



and exit processes.
- Maintain HR records, MIS, and reports.
- Coordinate with management for HR and manpower requirements.

Requirements
- Graduate with 3–6+ years of HR experience.
- Strong experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Team management and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of HR policies, SOPs, attendance, and payroll.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid sourcing, interviewing, and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
