About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Plant HR professional to lead the HR function at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be a strategic business partner with strong expertise in Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, statutory compliance, talent management, and workforce engagement.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead Plant HR operations and partner with Plant Leadership.

✔ Manage Employee Relations (ER) & Industrial Relations (IR).

✔ Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

✔ Drive manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce optimization.

✔ Lead performance management, learning & development, and succession planning.

✔ Handle grievance redressal, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.

✔ Manage contract labor compliance and vendor coordination.

✔ Drive employee engagement, retention,



and organizational culture initiatives.

✔ Generate HR analytics, dashboards, and MIS reports.

✔ Support business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

✅ 8–15 years of Plant HR experience in a manufacturing workplace.

✅ Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.

✅ Proven experience in managing blue-collar and white-collar workforce.

✅ Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

✅ Hands-on experience with HRMS/SAP is preferred.

✅ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
