Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage and oversee all human resource functions within our educational institutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, policy implementation, and overall HR operations to support both academic and non-academic staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for teaching and non-teaching staff
- Develop and implement HR policies in line with institutional and regulatory requirements
- Handle onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
- Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment
- Plan and execute performance appraisal systems
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and educational regulations
- Organize training and development programs for staff
- Support management in strategic HR initiatives and workforce planning

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in an educational institution
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
