Key Responsibilities

IT Recruitment – 70%

Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement understanding to offer and joining.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.

Recruit for various IT roles including Software Development, QA, DevOps, Cloud, CMS, E-commerce, Project Management, and other technology positions.

Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical interviews.

Use Boolean search, talent mapping, and other sourcing techniques.

Coordinate with Hiring Managers and Department Heads and provide regular recruitment updates.

Ensure a smooth candidate experience and maintain talent pipelines.

HR Generalist & Operations – 30%

Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal initiatives.

Manage HR documentation, employee records, letters, and HR trackers.

Support onboarding, induction, probation, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and exit processes.

Assist with attendance, leave, HRIS, employee queries, and other HR operational activities.

Support implementation of HR policies, processes,



and employee welfare initiatives.

- Job Specification

Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in IT Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.

Solid sourcing experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and other job portals.

Good understanding of IT roles and technologies.

Knowledge of Boolean search, talent mapping, and candidate sourcing techniques.

Strong communication, interviewing, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Good understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle, documentation, and employee engagement.

Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements and HR responsibilities simultaneously.

Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and HRMS/HRIS tools.

Experience in an IT services, software, or consulting organization will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
