Role Description The Senior Human Resources Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Mohali district. This role is responsible for leading HR strategy and operations, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement across Pro Ultimate’s diverse business units.

The Senior Human Resources

Manager oversees policy development, compliance with labor laws, and implementation of HR best practices that support a high-performance, inclusive culture. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with leadership on organizational design, managing HR metrics and reporting, handling employee relations and conflict resolution,



and driving learning and development initiatives for fitness and corporate teams. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to support rapid business growth, franchise expansion, and career development pathways aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in core HR domains, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Proficiency in HR policy development, labor law compliance, and risk management within multi-location or franchise-based organizations.
- Experience in organizational development, change management, and culture-building initiatives to support business scaling.
- Ability to design and implement learning and development programs, career progression frameworks, and leadership coaching.
- Advanced skills in HR analytics, reporting, and use of HRIS or HR management software for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.
- Proven experience (typically 7–10+ years) in HR management, with at least several years in a senior or managerial role; experience in fitness, retail, or service-driven sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Capacity to work on-site in the Mohali district and partner closely with local and regional teams to support
