Role Description The Senior Graphics Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based at Eunoia Designtech’s Ahmedabad office. This role involves leading the end-to-end design process for brand identities, marketing campaigns, and digital assets, including logos, visual systems, social media creatives, website graphics, and print materials.

The Senior Graphics

Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, web, and mechanical design teams to understand client goals and translate brand strategies into cohesive visual solutions. Daily responsibilities include conceptualizing and executing design ideas,



creating and refining layouts, selecting typography and color palettes, and ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints. The role also includes mentoring junior designers, providing feedback, overseeing quality control on deliverables, and staying current with design trends and tools to keep client work competitive and impactful.

Qualifications

- Strong graphic design skills, including Graphics and Graphic Design, with a proven portfolio of digital and print work.
- Expertise in Logo Design and Branding to create distinctive, scalable, and coherent brand identities.
- Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to choose and apply type for explicit hierarchy, readability, and brand expression.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Experience working in a design agency or consultancy environment, preferably with exposure to diverse industries.
- Strong conceptual thinking, attention to detail, and ability to translate briefs into compelling visual narratives.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to present design rationale to clients and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
