The role

This is the senior creative seat at Numakers. You own the visual identity end to end and lead the creative function: setting the standard, directing the work, and doing the most key work yourself. Everything customer-facing — packaging, marketplace listings, website, campaigns, social, trade materials — ships through standards you define.

What you'll own

- The brand system: guardianship and evolution of the Numakers identity — typography, color, layout, and voice — with final creative sign-off on everything that ships
- Creative direction: setting the visual direction for product launches, campaigns, and the brand's evolution as we expand globally; briefing and reviewing work across the creatives team
- E-commerce conversion design: Amazon listing graphics and A+ content across 6 marketplaces, Shopify storefront assets — work that must be beautiful and sell
- Packaging and physical brand: spool labels, boxes, inserts, unboxing experience, trade show presence
- Content systems: template libraries and design systems that let daily social and email content ship on-brand without your hands on every asset
- The team: leading and growing the creative function — reviewing work, developing junior designers,



and building the processes a scaling brand needs
- AI-augmented production: building the team's AI workflow — image generation, editing, iteration, and asset scaling — with the judgment to know where AI accelerates work and where human craft is non-negotiable, and brand controls that keep every output unmistakably Numakers

What we're looking for

- 5+ years in brand, communications, or visual design, with at least 2 years leading creative work or a small team — consumer products or e-commerce strongly preferred
- A portfolio demonstrating both system-level brand thinking and excellent execution — families of assets that clearly belong to one brand, plus conversion-focused commercial work
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; comfort working within a defined brand system and evolving it deliberately
- Strong opinions, loosely held: you defend positive work and make targeted revisions fast
- Pride in craft — you notice the kerning nobody else does, and it bothers you

Pay: ₹14,519.93 - ₹100,000.00 per month
