: Senior, Go-to-Market Operations Analyst

Exol is seeking a Go-to-Market Engineer — operating as our Senior, Go-to-Market Operations Analyst — who will own and re-architect the systems that power our outbound engine. This person comes in to completely overhaul Clay, take ownership of our sales engagement platform (the parallel dialer and sequencing tool our SDRs run on), and architect the tooling behind our inbound, outbound, and future GTM motions. This is a builder's role: you're not maintaining what exists, you're rebuilding it for scale.

Exol is pioneering warehousing-as-a-service, offering outsourced warehousing operations, and specializing in automated warehousing solutions. Our focus is on the efficient movement of goods in cases and pallets across all sectors, such as wholesale, retail, and general merchandising.

Exol is an independently managed joint venture between Symbotic and Softbank.

What you'll do

- Take ownership of Clay and re-architect it from the ground up — enrichment waterfalls, ICP scoring models, credit governance, list building, and clean data flow into the CRM
- Own our sales engagement platform end-to-end — the parallel dialer and sequencing engine for the SDR team: sequence architecture, dialer configuration, deliverability, sender rotation,



A/B testing, and performance monitoring
- Architect the tooling and automation behind our inbound, outbound, and future GTM motions as a single, scalable system
- Design overall orchestration: lead routing, scoring, segmentation, and assignment logic across every motion in partnership with our HubSpot Product Owner
- Design and own the integrations across the GTM stack which includes our CRM, enrichment process, sequencer, dialer, and routing
- Ensure the outbound engine scales as the SDR team grows, without manual bottlenecks
- Partner with SDR leadership and Revenue Operations on process, cadence, and enablement alignment
- Create documentation, runbooks, and changelogs for every change — nothing goes live without documentation

What you'll need

- 3+ years in a GTM Engineering, Revenue Systems Engineering, or Sales Operations Engineering role at a B2B company
- Deep, hands-on Clay expertise (required) — waterfall enrichment, ICP list building, credit management, and enrichment pipeline architecture, with the ability to overhaul and re-architect from scratch
- Hands-on experience owning a sales engagement platform — parallel dialer and sequencing tooling (e.g., Orum/Nooks-style dialers, Outreach/Salesloft/Apollo sequencing)
- Strong CRM platform expertise (HubSpot preferred): workflows, custom objects, lead scoring, lifecycle management, routing, and API integrations
- Experience supporting an outbound SDR team (3–10+ reps) and owning the tooling and automation stack that team ran on
- Integration and scripting comfort — JavaScript or Python, and orchestration platforms (Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or direct API)
- Proven ability to build GTM infrastructure from scratch at a scaling company, not just maintain existing systems
- Documentation-first mindset
- Coding experience (optional, but preferred)
