Senior GenAI Engineer – FAIR AI Layer

Creyente Infotech is hiring a hands-on Senior GenAI Engineer to take technical ownership of the AI Layer for FAIR , our platform for trading-platform observability and upgrade intelligence.

You will work with a talented team of AI engineers, providing technical direction, reviewing implementations and building production-ready AI capabilities across FAIR Observe and FAIR Upgrade.

What You’ll Do

Design and develop the FAIR AI architecture.

Build solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI agents and vector databases.

Develop scalable Python APIs and backend AI services.

Guide junior engineers and review designs and code.

Establish AI evaluation, accuracy and hallucination-control standards.

Analyse logs, metrics,



incidents and upgrade-comparison data.

Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable and production-ready.

What We’re Looking For

4+ years in software, AI or ML engineering.

Strong Python and backend-development experience.

Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings and vector databases.

Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks.

Experience deploying AI applications to cloud environments.

- Strong technical decision-making and mentoring ability.

Experience in observability, enterprise platforms, banking or capital markets is an advantage but not mandatory.
