:

As a Functional Consultant at eDominer, you will lead the planning, development, and integration of our ERP solution, EXPAND smERP, ensuring that each project meets client expectations and is delivered on time. This role is critical in bridging the gap between client requirements and our development capabilities, continuously improving our product, and delivering exceptional value to our customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Master the EXPAND smERP system to effectively manage its implementation and integration.

Gather and analyse business requirements, suggest solutions to modernize processes, implement and configure applications, document settings, and prepare clients to use the system. Maintain high levels of documentation.

Lead and manage the ERP implementation team, ensuring that all project phases are executed smoothly.

Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring that milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to.

Oversee the quality of support provided to clients, ensuring high satisfaction and a swift turnaround time (TAT) for issues.

Coordinate closely with both the implementation and development teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

Manage the development timeline, including assigning tickets and tracking progress.

Identify potential risks early and provide proactive reporting and mitigation strategies.

Organize and lead project review meetings with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Ensure all project documentation is thorough, accurate, and contributes to overall project success.





Manage client billing related to change requests, customizations, and project overruns, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification in a related domain.

PMP, Scrum and equivalent skilled certification will be preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP implementation.

Strong understanding of business processes and workflows, particularly in the manufacturing sector.

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and Word.

Solid understanding of basic accounting and taxation principles.

Willingness to travel as required.
