We work with global clients and product teams to build and scale production software. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who can take strong ownership across backend, cloud, AI integrations, and modern web applications.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced engineer with strong Python/backend development skills , along with hands-on experience in Node.js, React, AWS, and AI integrations .

This is a hands-on engineering role. You may work across multiple products and client engagements, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable moving between backend services, APIs, serverless applications, AI integrations, and React-based web applications.

The ideal candidate is backend-strong but genuinely capable of working across the full stack .

This is not an ML research or model-training position. You will primarily be building production software that integrates with LLMs and other AI services.

What You’ll Work On

Backend & APIs

- Build and maintain production backend services using Python and Node.js .
- Design and maintain REST APIs and service integrations.
- Develop business logic, data-processing workflows, and service-to-service integrations.
- Build and maintain AWS Lambda functions.
- Debug and resolve backend issues across development and production.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases.

React / Web Development

- Build and maintain web applications using React .
- Develop reusable components and application features.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
- Handle application state, authentication, API responses, and error scenarios.
- Debug frontend performance and functional issues.
- Work comfortably across an existing React codebase.

AWS & Cloud

- Work with AWS services including:




- Lambda
- EC2
- RDS/PostgreSQL
- DynamoDB
- S3
- IAM
- CloudWatch
- API Gateway
- Work with development, staging, and production environments.
- Contribute to CI/CD and automated deployment processes.
- Implement appropriate logging, monitoring, and production observability.

AI & Third-Party Integrations

- Integrate LLMs, transcription platforms, and other AI-powered APIs.
- Work with platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, AWS Bedrock, or similar services.
- Build reliable integrations around nondeterministic AI responses.
- Handle timeouts, retries, rate limits, malformed responses, and vendor failures.
- Work with structured LLM outputs and response validation.
- Monitor and optimize token usage, API latency, and AI-related costs.
- Design integrations that allow external providers to evolve without tightly coupling them to the application.

Quality & Production Ownership

- Write automated unit, integration, and API tests.
- Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
- Investigate production issues across frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, databases, and external vendors.
- Take ownership of existing systems, including projects with limited documentation.
- Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve development speed and quality.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Solid production experience with Python
- Strong experience with Node.js
- Hands-on experience with React
- Strong REST API design and integration experience
- Experience building and maintaining production backend systems
- Hands-on experience with AWS




- Experience with AWS Lambda/serverless development
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
- Experience with DynamoDB or other NoSQL databases
- Experience integrating third-party APIs
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or AI-powered APIs
- Good understanding of asynchronous processing, retries, timeouts, rate limits, and failure handling
- Automated testing experience
- Production debugging and troubleshooting experience
- Git and modern software-development workflows
- Ability to work independently and take ownership from development through production
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with distributed teams and international clients

- OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, AWS Bedrock, or similar LLM platforms
- Deepgram, Whisper, AssemblyAI, or other speech/voice AI services

The ideal profile is

Solid Python/backend engineer → valuable Node.js → practical React → comfortable AWS → hands-on AI integration experience.

You should be comfortable taking a backend-heavy assignment on one project and contributing to React/Node development on another.

We value engineers who can understand unfamiliar systems quickly, keep solutions practical, think beyond the happy path, communicate technical trade-offs clearly, and take real ownership of what they build.
