Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in MERN Stack development.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- MongoDB
- Express.js
- React.js
- Node.js
- Robust understanding of JavaScript / ES6+.
- Experience in developing and integrating REST APIs.
- Positive understanding of database design, schemas, queries, and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, validation, and API security.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Understanding of frontend-backend integration and third-party API integration.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to write clean, reusable, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage tasks and take ownership of assigned projects.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior developers and interns.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working on production-level web applications.
- Experience with Redux / Context API / state management.
- Knowledge of Next.js will be an advantage.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS,



Azure, or similar.
- Knowledge of deployment, CI/CD, Docker, or server management.
- Experience with third-party API and payment gateway integrations.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks and debugging tools.
- Experience working directly with clients.
- Previous experience mentoring junior developers.
- Knowledge of Laravel or CodeIgniter is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
