Job Title: Senior Formwork Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Plan, supervise, and monitor formwork activities as per project schedules.

Prepare and review formwork drawings, layouts, and execution methodologies.

Coordinate with site execution, QA/QC, planning, and safety teams.

Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of formwork works.

Optimize formwork utilization and minimize material wastage.

Resolve technical issues related to formwork systems and site execution.

Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

8+ years of experience in formwork engineering within the construction industry.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.

Strong technical knowledge of Monolithic Aluminium Formwork (Mivan/Aluform Shuttering) systems.

Positive understanding of construction drawings and site coordination.

Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
